If you have placed your order as a consumer and are not satisfied with it, you can return the goods to us within the framework of your statutory right of withdrawal – either the entire order or just individual items. You can choose between an exchange or a refund.


Missing, wrong or defective items in your order?

If we have forgotten or packed something incorrectly, or if the shipment was damaged in transit, we are very sorry. In such cases, please contact our customer service directly, they will be happy to help you.

This is how the return under the right of withdrawal works

After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Please enclose a note, a printout of the PDF invoice or the email order confirmation with your return.

Make sure that the contents are well padded and securely packed - it is best to use the original box and please do not use unpadded envelopes.
No, unfortunately we do not offer a return slip.
If you are only returning individual items from your order, you can write them down on an enclosed note. Otherwise, we assume a complete return of all items. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs of the original order.

If you place your order as a consumer and validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for individual items from an order that qualifies for the promotion, the 3-for-2 promotion will be reassessed based on the remaining promotional items as follows:

If at least three promotional items remain despite your partial withdrawal, the discount originally granted will remain unchanged. However, the discount will not be recalculated based on the cheapest promotional item now remaining.

If the number of promotional items falls below the required minimum of three, the discount already granted will be withdrawn retrospectively. In this case, the difference between the originally discounted purchase price and the non-discounted purchase price resulting from the withdrawal will be recalculated and deducted from your refund.

If the promotional discount is applied more than once due to the number of items ordered, the principles described above will apply separately to each discount granted for every three promotional items, based on the order summary and taking the remaining items into account.

Yes, we accept items with an intact hygiene seal. Please tell us the replacement item(s) you want in a note (including item number, quantity, size variant, color variant, etc.) and you will receive a new shipment from us. If the items have different retail prices, only the difference will be charged or refunded.

You don't want to exchange all the items in your order?
Then simply cut open the bottom of the bags containing the items you want to keep. Send us back the stapled bags including the items you would like to send back to us. This ensures that the hygiene seal remains intact.
If you do not indicate a request for exchange, you will automatically receive a refund.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method as your original order. If the order has not been paid yet, it will be cancelled instead.
