Payment Options

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account, where you can choose after successful login one of your payment methods for the purchase. Finally, you will be automatically redirected back to our onlineshop.

You can pay with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. When you complete your order in the online store, you will automatically be redirected to the user interface of our payment service provider, where you can make the secure payment (for even more security, the procedures "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard Secure Code" may also be used). Select your credit card for payment and follow the further instructions. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the payment and you will be automatically redirected back to our online store.

Buy now, pay later - conveniently by invoice and with no minimum order value. A billing address in Germany is required, as well as your credit rating (a credit check takes place directly during the ordering process).

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail from our billing partner ratepay with the payment date, bank details and payment reference.

Please always use the specified reason for payment, as this is the only way to clearly assign your order. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to pay several invoices together in a single transfer.

If the invoice has not been paid by the due date at the latest, you will be in default of payment without a separate reminder. Please note that ratepay may hand over an unpaid invoice to its debt collection partner after the due date, which would incur additional costs for you.

With Google Pay you can use all the payment methods stored in your Google account to shop with us.

With Apple Pay you can use all the payment methods stored in your Apple account to shop with us.

With giropay, you can pay quickly and conveniently by online bank transfer. All you need is a checking account registered for online banking at a participating bank. By entering your IBAN, you can check in advance whether your bank is supported by giropay.

When completing the order, you will be automatically redirected to your bank's online banking. After successful login you will be shown a bank transfer, which contains all details of the purchase: Invoice amount, reason for payment and our bank details. Upon completion of the transfer, we receive a payment guarantee from your bank and can ship your goods directly.

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will inform you about our bank details in the email order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, the order will be canceled without further notice.
