Piercing for Minors
We do not pierce minors without consent from a parent or legal guardian. The requirements depend on your age:
Under 14 Earlobes only; parent or guardian must be present
A parent or legal guardian must accompany you and complete all the paperwork on site.
Please bring: the parent or guardian’s original ID and your ID or birth certificate if you do not share the same last name.
Ages 14–15 Parent or guardian must be present and complete the paperwork
Parent or guardian’s ID: original national ID card, passport or driver’s license. A photo on a phone or a copy will not be accepted.
Your ID: national ID card, passport or school ID in card format.
Birth certificate, if you do not share the same last name.
From age 16 (16 and 17) Parent or guardian present, or written consent
The easiest option is for a parent or legal guardian to accompany you. Otherwise, please bring:
- Written consent
- The parent or guardian’s original ID or a printed copy; a photo on a phone will not be accepted
- Your ID: national ID card, passport or school ID in card format
- Birth certificate, if you do not share the same last name
Sample consent form (ages 16–17)
Include: the parent or guardian’s name, date of birth, address and phone number; your name and date of birth; piercing location and type; signature.
